One of Yarra’s much-loved cultural events, the Johnston Street Fiesta is a vibrant street festival celebrating the heritage, tradition, music and food of the world’s many Spanish speaking countries – the diaspora of which have found a home in Melbourne.
It’s the perfect opportunity to come out to Fitzroy and sample delicious food, live music, traditional dance performances, and reconnect with some of our favorite local cafes and restaurants.
We congratulate the Hispanic-Latin American Festival and Cultural Association for persevering through the constantly changing event landscape and extend our thanks to all the volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure the festival’s success.
